Terms and Conditions:

• minimum 2 passengers per flight.
• each passenger less than 120kg.
• maximum total passengers weight less than 260kg ( less for longer flights ).
• subject to aircraft manufacturer's performance limitations.
• suitable weather at discretion of Helivista.
• ​pilot in command.
• T&C must be made known to recipients of gift vouchers and by their attendance, they shall be deemed to have accepted these T&C.

     Vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Cancellation policy:

• Reschedule flight booking where possible.
• Fully refundable due to inclement weather at discretion of Helivista.
• Subject to above no refund within 7 days.
• Other circumstances, 10% of the flight/package cost will be charged for administrative fee​.
